Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team at OZ Developers. As the Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional videos, advertisements, social media content, and more.

· Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms.

· Collaborate and lead the junior team to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video projects.

· Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing goals.

· Optimize video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

· Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual storytelling.

· Maintain an organized library of video assets, project files, and templates.

· Qualifications:

· 2-3 years of experience required, preferably within a digital agency..

· Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative solutions on time and within budget.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.

· Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation and excellence.
