Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily F&B operations (restaurant, kitchen, and catering)
- Lead, train, and schedule the service and kitchen team
- Plan menus in coordination with chefs
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and customer service standards
- Handle inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control
- Ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience in F&B or hospitality management
- Strong leadership & people skills
- Knowledge of food safety, trends, and service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on the go

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
