Job description

• Financial Management and Reporting:
• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including invoicing, payments, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability to ensure smooth business operations.
• Client Order and Transaction Manag
ement:
• Coordinate financial processes related to international clients, including order tracking, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Ensure that all payments from international clients are processed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and accuracy in order management.
• International and Local Shipping Coordination:
• Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely shipment of orders both locally and from China.
• Manage financial aspects of shipping arrangements, including customs clearance, taxes, tariffs, and other international regulations.
• Track shipping costs and ensure accurate billing for both international and local shipments.
• Tax Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure the company is compliant with all local and international tax regulations, including VAT, customs duties, and international transaction regulations.
• Assist with the preparation and management of audits, both internal and external.
• Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management:
• Manage accounts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely payments, correct invoicing, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Oversee the financial aspects of contracts and agreements with suppliers, especially from China, ensuring compliance with financial terms.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and mentor the accounts team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Ensure that all team members are trained on the latest accounting software and processes.
• Process Improvement and Cost Control:
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, workflows, and controls.
• Monitor and control costs, providing recommendations to optimize financial efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• ACCA or CA Finalist
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or finance, with a focus on managing international transactions and shipping.
• Strong understanding of international shipping logistics, including customs, tariffs, and duties.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and tax laws.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments (sales, logistics, finance).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the packaging and design industry is a plus.
• Experience with cross-border accounting and currency exchange handling.
• Familiarity with Chinese suppliers and customs processes is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
