Job Title: Automation Engineer

Job Type: Full-time | Contract

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in automation tools and platforms, including Zapier, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel (GHL), Twilio, Typeforms, Airtable, Javascript and Clickup.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage automated workflows using a variety of tools (Zapier, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Twilio, Typeforms, Airtable, Javascript Clickup).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and create solutions to optimize processes.
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing automation systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, providing solutions that meet business objectives.
• Maintain and update automation documentation to ensure workflows are clear and up-to-date.
• Work with teams to integrate automation into CRM systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience working with Zapier, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel (GHL), Twilio, Typeforms, Airtable, Javascript and Clickup.
• Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience integrating multiple systems and ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
• Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with different teams.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with other automation tools and platforms.
• Experience in data analytics and reporting for automation metrics.
