We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the competitive real estate market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, and achieving revenue targets by building strong client relationships and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Set individual and team sales objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
