Responsibilities

System Monitoring:
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of IT systems.
• Use monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues before they affect operations.
• Set up alerts and notifications for critical system parameters to enable timely responses.

Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
• Respond quickly to incidents and service requests related to system performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Log Analysis:
• Regularly review system logs to detect anomalies, errors, or potential security threats.
• Investigate and resolve issues identified in logs to maintain system integrity.
• Develop log management strategies to improve troubleshooting efficiency.

Qualification/Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same role

Timings
• Night Shift (Summer): 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
